PROJECTS WE ARE PROUD OF
Welcome to Annadale Avenue, where modern living seamlessly intertwines with Victorian charm. Our design, inspired by local context, prioritises sustainability and privacy without compromising space. Expansive windows and generous ceiling heights create light-filled spacious homes.
Seville Place – a small guest house conceived from a desire to craft a home for the owner, while simultaneously extending a warm welcome to guests in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This project unfolds as a meticulous renovation and extension, breathing fresh life into a delightful Victorian red brick house that seamlessly intertwines history with contemporary comfort.

A theoretical project that delves into the realms of reuse and reimagining underused spaces within our cities. In a world where space is increasingly at a premium and the responsibility to sustain our growing population weighs heavy, Sky Garden emerges as a theoretical exploration of where we can cultivate food in the urban landscape.
The Omeath Youth Hostel Project is all about transforming old stone cottages into a modern family home while preserving their historical charm. Our vision involves subtle, contemporary updates to maximize the buildings' potential and boost their energy efficiency.
The Dromara Road project presented a formidable challenge for our small team. Situated on the outskirts of Hillsborough, the existing detached family house had undergone several, albeit poorly executed, extensions over the decades. The client's challenge lay in transforming this unique dwelling, complete with two staircases leading to a disjointed first floor and lacking a full family bathroom upstairs, into a modern family home – all within a very tight budget.
